Roseburg Police jailed a man on the charge of second-degree criminal trespass on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 5:50 p.m. officers contacted the 31-year-old at Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. The location is part of the downtown exclusion zone which officers knew the man had been excluded from. The man was taken into custody without incident and was transported to corrections.
