Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 11:00 a.m. officers contacted the 44-year-old in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens Street regarding his camp being in violation of the time and place portion of the city’s camping ordinance. The man had three prior convictions for prohibited camping. He was released after the citation was issued.
