Roseburg Police cited a woman following a two-vehicle crash early Friday.
An RPD report said at 12:25 a.m. officers responded to the non-injury wreck in a parking lot in the 2700 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. After an investigation, officers learned that a 40-year-old woman had backed her vehicle into an SUV.
The driver who caused the crash said she knew her license was suspended and that she didn’t have insurance, but she decided to drive anyway. Officers confirmed the woman’s license was suspended at the violation level for driving uninsured. Information was exchanged and the SUV was able to be driven away from the scene. The 40-year-old waited at the scene for a valid driver to arrive and take possession of her vehicle.
