Roseburg Police jailed a man following a disorderly incident on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just before 12:00 p.m. officers responded to the 500 block of Southeast Jackson Street after a caller said a man was urinating on the sidewalk. The 43-year-old was contacted in the area and was the only man who matched the description of the individual.

His parole officer was contacted and advised that the man had failed to report and authorized a detainer. The man was charged with a parole violation and was detained without bail.
