Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged overnight disorderly conduct, early Monday.
An RPD report said just after 4:00 a.m. officers responded to a physical disturbance under the Interstate 5 overpass on West Harvard Avenue. Officers contacted a 21-year-old who had allegedly just wrestled a victim to the ground.
The suspect was on felony probation and a probation officer requested that he be detained. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to corrections. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and a felony probation violation. Bail was set at $2,500.
