Roseburg Police cited a man following a DUII incident on Tuesday night.
An RPD report said at 9:40 p.m. a vehicle was observed swerving and failing to signal a lane change, prompting a traffic stop near the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Winchester Street.
The driver was identified as a 45-year-old Glide man, who admitted he did not have a license and displayed signs of impairment. During the stop, the man said he had used marijuana earlier in the day and methamphetamine that afternoon. Field tests were conducted and the man allegedly performed poorly. He was arrested for DUII and was reportedly in possession of meth.
The man provided a urine test, and his vehicle was released to a friend. He was cited for DUII, driving while suspended-violation, driving uninsured, failure of a previous violator to file and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was released from corrections.
