Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 11:20 a.m. the 34-year-old was found camping in a restricted area in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. It did not comply with the city’s time, place and manner enforcement.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
