“Movies in the Park” in Roseburg is only a week away.
A city release said the annual event is presented by Roseburg Parks and Recreation and Rogue Credit Union.
Every Friday in June, family/friendly movies and entertainment will be presented at the Nichols Band Shell in Stewart Park. This summer’s PR-rated movies will be:
*June 6th: “Mufasa: The Lion King”
*June 13th: “Dog Man”
*June 20th: “Moana 2”
*June 28th: “Inside Out 2”
Each week, pre-movie entertainment is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. It is followed by a movie, beginning at dusk, or about 9:00 p.m. Snacks, including popcorn and cotton candy, will be available for purchase. Guests can bring their own food and snacks, but alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
All movies and activities are weather-permitting and subject to change. Children under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Tobacco use is not allowed in City of Roseburg Parks. In addition, pets are not permitted at “Movies in the Park”.
