Roseburg Police cited a man for recklessly endangering another person on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just after 1:00 p.m. received information that a man was riding a motorcycle through the parking lot of Walmart in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, with a toddler with him who was not wearing a helmet.

Officers contacted the 23-year-old who admitted to the incident. The toddler was with his mother when police contacted the father. The man was cited in lieu of custody.
