Roseburg Police cited three people for prohibited camping on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 10:10 a.m. the men, ranging in age from 38 to 56, were contacted in different locations at the bike jumps in Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. The camps were all set up in an area where camping is prohibited at all times. They were also set up during a time when camping is prohibited.

All three people were released after receiving a citation.
