Residents can learn about candidates running for Roseburg Mayor and city council in a digital voters’ pamphlet that is now available.

A city release said residents can find the November 5th, 2024, General Election pamphlet on the city’s website: www.cityofroseburg.org. Printed copies can also be picked up at Roseburg City Hall, the Public Safety Center or Roseburg Public Library. Residents can also request a printed copy by calling the city recorder’s office at 492-6866.

These city officers are up for election:

*Mayor – a two-year term ending at the end of 2026

*Position 2 in council wards one through four -a four-year term ending at the conclusion of 2028

The races feature:

*Ward 1 Councilor David Mohr and challenger Katie Williams

*Ward 2 Councilor Andrea Zielinski and opponent Steve Hammerson

*Ward 3 Councilor Tom Michalek facing challenger Sam Starns

*Ward 4 has Blake Meacham going up against Zack Weiss. Councilor Patrice Sipos is not seeking another term.
