Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged disorderly conduct incidents on Saturday.
An RPD report said at 11:30 a.m. officers responded after multiple callers said a man was creating disturbances along Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The man was called in at a store in the 900 block after he reportedly slapped an employee in the face during an argument. The suspect then walked across the street and allegedly broke a sign at another business.
40-year-old Raul Rosario was located but would not stop for responding officers, so was taken to the ground. He was then detained without incident. Rosario was charged with second degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief and for harassment. He was detained on $11,250 bail.
