Sutherlin Police jailed a woman following an incident Saturday afternoon.

An SPD report said at 12:40 p.m. the 54-year-old allegedly reached through a victim’s vehicle window at Triangle Park and slapped her, knocking off the victim’s glasses. The woman was charged with unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and harassment. She was detained without bail.
