Roseburg Police cited eight people who were found camping in Gaddis Park on Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:30 a.m. officers contacted the group of men and women, ranging in age from 31 to 69, in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Avenue. The group was violating the Time, Place and Manner ordinance and were instructed to move along. They were released after the citations were issued.
