Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping early Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 12:05 a.m. the 62-year-old was camping in Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The camp was between the bicycle path and the South Umpqua River, which is a prohibited camping locations at all times.
Additionally, his camp had various items spread around it and not contained inside the tent.
