The Red Cross has teamed up with Northwest Baptist Disaster Response and Oregon Department of Human Services to open a shelter in Creswell for those who have been without power for days from the winter storm.

Communications Director Rebecca Marshall said the shelter is open at New Hope Baptist Church on South Front Street in Creswell.
