CHI Mercy Health is opening its new Behavioral Health Unit and the community is welcome to tour it on Tuesday, January 23rd from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

It is located on Mercy’ campus at 2601 Northwest Mercy Drive.

Community members are invited to see the patient care rooms, patient activity room and meet the Behavioral Health Unit staff prior t the unit opening to serve patients.

CHI Mercy Health President Russ Wooley said, “The opening of this unit is a huge benefit for our community. Mercy is proud of this project and so grateful for the community support we received to complete it”.

Funds were contributed to the project by the Oregon Health Authority, Cow Creek Umpqua Tribe of Indians, the Calkins Family, PacificSource, ADAPT, and Mercy Foundation.
