MYRTLE CREEK MAN CITED FOLLOWING ALLEGED DUII CRASH SUNDAY AFTERNOON

A Myrtle Creek man was cited by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office following an alleged DUII crash on Sunday afternoon.

A DCSO report said just after 4:45 p.m. a SUV wrecked in the 30000 block of Dole Road in the Myrtle Creek area. The report claimed the driver was obviously intoxicated. He was transported to corrections where he allegedly refused a breath test.

The man was charged with DUII-alcohol, breath test refusal and for failure to drive within a lane. He was cited and released to a sober adult. His vehicle was towed from the scene.
