A juvenile male was detained by Roseburg Police for reported harassment, on Friday night.

An RPD report said at 10:50 p.m. officers responded to the 400 block of Southeast Dillard Avenue regarding a disturbance. Officers learned that the suspect had allegedly punched and bit two victims because they would not give him alcohol. The 15-year old was charged with two counts of harassment and was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center.
