Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at approximately 8:20 p.m. officers contacted the 37-year-old near the intersection of West Harvard Avenue and West Bellows Street. He was in a nearby tent and the camp was in violation of the city camping ordinance. The man was released after the citation was issued.
