Sutherlin Police jailed a man for a reported criminal mischief incident on Sunday afternoon.

An SPD report said officers investigated 33-year-old Jordon Vogel for allegedly damaging a family member’s vehicle, spitting in the victim’s face and damaging an SPD patrol vehicle. Just before 12:15 p.m. Vogel was charged with first and second-degree criminal mischief, harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct, and initiating a false report. He was detained without bail.
