The Douglas Forest Protective Association continues with prescribed burns.

On Thursday a burn is scheduled with a 2:00 p.m. ignite time, in the 3000 block of Newton Creek Road near Roseburg. Smoke will be visible from Interstate 5, Roseburg, North Bank Road, Wilbur and Dixonville.
