A Bandon man was jailed on high bail after being arrested on Wednesday afternoon.

An Oregon State Police report said just before 1:45 p.m. the 51-year-old was detained when he arrived for a court appearance on North Main Street in Canyonville. He was known to have a warrant out of Coos County Circuit Court. He was placed into custody following the court proceedings on the extraditable warrant. Bail was set at $480,000. The man was released on Thursday morning.
