Roseburg Police arrested a man for refusing to leave Mercy Medical Center early Monday morning.

The police log said that officers responded to Mercy around 5:45 a.m. after the 72-year-old Roseburg man had reportedly been told to leave several times but refused to do so. He was taken into custody and lodged at Douglas County Corrections on a charge of second degree criminal trespass. He has since been released.
