Roseburg Police arrested a man on multiple charges after he was allegedly causing a disturbance at a mobile home park in the 400 block of Northeast Russell Avenue on Saturday morning.

An RPD report said that the 36-year-old was yelling, breaking a window and kicking the door of a vacant mobile home around 1 a.m. Officers contacted the man, who had reportedly cut up his hand while breaking the window.

He was taken to Mercy Medical Center for treatment and was later cited by Roseburg Police on second-degree charges of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
