Tiffany Fouse has announced her candidacy for Roseburg City Council in Ward 4.

A campaign release said Fouse is a communications and community engagement professional, homeowner and mother of four. Fouse said she is bringing her experience and creative problem solving to public service.

Fouse said, “I’m analytical by nature, and I want to understand how all the pieces fit together”. Fouse said, “I believe in listening to different perspectives, understanding the bigger picture and using what we learn to make informed decisions”. Fouse said, “I want to bring that approach to local government while also being willing to think differently about how we address challenges and opportunities”.

Fouse said she wants to help shape a long-term vision for Roseburg that supports strong families, creates opportunities for people and businesses to thrive, and builds a community where young people see possibility, take pride in contributing to their community and feel connected to what they are building together”.

Fouse attended Roseburg Public Schools and graduated from Oakland High School in 2003. After eight years as a stay-at-home mom, Fouse returned to the workforce, joining Lotus Media Group advancing into advertising coordination, marketing consulting and real estate marketing. She later spent approximately three years as a marketing specialist for Orenco Systems. In 2025, Fouse joined the Douglas Education Service District, where she serves Roseburg Schools in a community engagement and communications role.

Fouse said she believes her experience and skills can be useful in public service and she wants to put them to work for Roseburg. Fouse said, “There is a lot of work to be done, and I’m ready to be part of Roseburg moving forward”.
