Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a reported harassment incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 9:30 a.m. officers contacted 40-year-old Sarah Raines at the Navigation Center in the 900 block of Southeast Mill Street. Raines had allegedly thrown coffee on a resident and an employee. The woman was reportedly not cooperative with officers but was eventually taken into custody following a minor struggle.

Raines was charged with two counts of harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $6,250.
