Roseburg Police detained a juvenile following a disturbance on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 5:00 p.m. officers responded to the incident between two juveniles in the 700 block of West Luellen Street. Based on the investigation, it was determined that a 14-year-old female grabbed a hammer and tried to hit the other juvenile with it.

The teen was lodged at Douglas County Juvenile Detention.
