ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR FRAUD CHARGES FROM PREVIOUS INCIDENT

Roseburg Police jailed a woman for fraud charges on Tuesday, following a previous incident.

An RPD report said at 4:00 p.m. officers contacted 47-year-old Kiann Koeneman-Currie during a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Northwest Keasey Street and recalled that probable cause existed for her arrest. Koeneman-Currie admitted to the crimes and was detained without issue. She was charged with four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, identify theft and second-degree theft. Koeneman-Currie was detained without bail. She was released later on Tuesday.
