Roseburg Police jailed a man on the charge of second-degree theft on Sunday.

An RPD report said at 4:00 p.m. officers contacted the 42-year-old in the parking lot of a store in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard after he allegedly stole multiple items. The man admitted to the theft and was taken into custody. Bail was set at $6,250.
