Roseburg Police jailed a man for misuse of 911 on Friday morning.

An RPD report said at 2:00 a.m. officers contacted the 62-year-old in the 2800 block of Northeast Douglas Avenue after he allegedly called 911 six times over the course of an hour and a half for non-emergent reasons. The man had been repeatedly warned of misuse, but reportedly but continued to call. He was taken into custody without issue. Bail was set at $6,250.
