Roseburg Police cited a man following a three-vehicle crash on Thursday afternoon.

An RPD report said just before 4:40 p.m. officers responded to the wreck at the intersection of Northeast Winchester Street and Northeast Wright Avenue. An investigation determined that a pickup entered Northeast Winchester from a stop sign and failed to yield the right-of-way to a compact car which was traveling northbound on Northeast Winchester and subsequently collided with an SUV as it was stopped at a stop sign.

The driver who caused the accident, a 39-year-old from Roseburg, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device and driving uninsured.  None of the vehicles had to be towed.
