Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping on Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:15 a.m. the 42-year-old was contacted while camping under the Stewart Parkway bridge at Stewart Park in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, during a prohibited time. The woman did not have any prior convictions for prohibited camping. She was released after the citation was issued.
