Sutherlin Police jailed a man for two third-degree theft charges on Sunday afternoon.

An SPD report said just after 3:50 p.m. the 36-year-old was contacted near a store in the 600 block of East Central Avenue. He had allegedly stolen an alcoholic beverage and a bag of Cheetos from the business. The man was also trespassed from the location.   He was detained without bail.
