Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged criminal trespass incident on Tuesday morning.
An RPD report said at 8:45 a.m. officers contacted the 57-year-old at the intersection of Southeast Rose Street and Southeast Oak Avenue. This area is part of the Enhanced Law Enforcement Area and officers knew the man is a city exclusion violator with three warnings. Dispatch confirmed that the man is excluded from the Enhanced Law Enforcement Area until September 19th. The man was placed in custody without incident. Bail was set at $1,000.
