In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Myrtle Creek’s Music in the Park continues its summer series of concerts on Thursday night.

Coleen & Company will play a variety of danceable music, including Motown, blues-rock, boogie-rock, blue-eyed soul, and rock & roll.

The concert will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Millsite Park on Main Street. Attendees should bring lawn chairs or blankets. Food vendors will be on-site and nearby. Dogs are allowed if kept under control and cleaned up after.

Music in the Park is presented by the Myrtle Creek-Tri City Area Chamber of Commerce. Concerts continue through August 20th, except for July 23rd. For more information, call 860-2037.
