ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN ON WEAPON VIOLATION S

Roseburg Police jailed a woman on weapon violations early Friday morning.

An RPD report said at 4:20 a.m. officers contacted 40-year-old Britteni Livingston outside an apartment complex in the 2500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. Livingston had allegedly pointed a shotgun at two people who were on the property digging through a dumpster while looking for cans.

The victims stated that they feared they were going to get shot. Livingston was charged with two counts each of menacing, unlawful use of a weapon, and pointing a firearm at another. Livingston was detained on $4,000 bail. She was released later in the day.
