Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited use of all-terrain vehicles on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 10:40 a.m. officers witnessed the 40-year-old riding a dirt bike northbound on the bike path that runs from the fairgrounds to West Harvard Avenue. Officers stopped the man near West Harvard and issued the citation.
