The Sutherlin Throwdown is Saturday and Sunday, July 18th and 19th at Central Park.

On Saturday, events take place from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. That includes barbecue sampling, a cornhole tournament, beer and wine festival, blueberry competition, live music and more.

Sunday the park opens at 10:00 a.m. with the sanctioned barbecue competition taking place starting at 11:00 a.m. There will also be more barbecue sampling, cornhole finals, and the continuation of the beer and wine festival. Startin at 3:00 p.m. the barbecue and cornhole awards will be given out.

As part of the Sutherlin Throwdown, organizers have the Made for Trades program and scholarship fund. Saturday evening at 6:15 p.m. an auction will take place, and attendees can bid on items built by participants in Mades for Trades.
