Roseburg Police jailed two people following an early morning trespass incident on Wednesday.
An RPD report said at 5:45 a.m. officers responded to a store in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after a 36-year-old man had entered the business after previously being trespassed. Officers located the man who was with a 36-year-old woman near the sidewalk in front of the store. Officers knew that both people were on probation. Each had no contact stipulations with one another.
Both of their parole/probation officers authorized detainers. The man admitted to going into the business after being notified of trespass. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and a probation violation. Bail was set at $1,250. The woman was charged with a parole violation and was detained without bail.
