CITY OF ROSEBURG BUILDINGS TO CLOSE JULY 3RD FOR FOURTH OF JULY HOLIDAY

July 1, 2026 3:30 a.m.

City of Roseburg buildings will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of the Fourth of July holiday.

A city release said that means that city hall, the Roseburg Public Safety Center, Roseburg Public Library and other city buildings will be closed to the public. The library will also be closed on Saturday.

The library parking lot book drop will be locked from Friday through this Sunday. Because the library does not assess late fees, patrons may hold materials until the library book drop reopens at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, July 6th. The library will reopen at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7th.

Police officers and firefighters will continue to provide public safety throughout the holiday weekend.
