ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL ONE, CITE ONE, FOR DOWNTOWN INCIDENT

Roseburg Police jailed one man and cited one man for a downtown incident on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at 9:00 pm. officers found the 57-year-old and the 28-year-old in a parking lot behind an apartment building in the 700 block of Southeast Cass Avenue. The first man was found to be a city exclusion violator on his third warning. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and detained on $1,000 bail. The second man was cited for public urination.
