Roseburg Police cited a woman for indecent exposure on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 4:30 p.m. the 40-year-old was called in for being completely nude and looking into vehicles in Stewart Park in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Park Drive. She was found nearby and was still completely naked. The woman claimed she was trying to dry her clothes.

She was released after being issued the city ordinance violation.
