NO ONE HURT WHEN VEHICLE STRIKES A POWER POLE

No one was hurt when a vehicle struck a power pole on Tuesday night.

A Roseburg Police report said at 10:30 p.m. a man was driving a sedan eastbound in the 2600 block of West Harvard Avenue when the vehicle drifted off the road. The man admitted that he was Door Dashing and was not paying attention to the road. He did not have insurance. The power pole was damaged but Pacific Power did not know if the pole belonged to them. The City of Roseburg Public Works Department was advised of the damage. His sedan was towed from the scene.
