Roseburg Police jailed a man after an alleged criminal mischief incident on Saturday morning.

An RPD report said at 6:45 a.m. officers responded to a home in the 800 block of West Nebo Street after a victim said the family member had pushed over her motorcycle, damaging it and spilling its gas. The victim confirmed that she wished to pursue charges. The 37-year-old was charged with second-degree criminal mischief. He was detained on $6,250 bail. The man was released on Sunday,
