The Douglas County Human Trafficking Task Force has its Student Creator Project beginning on Tuesday.
Designed for students ages 14-18, attendees will learn about acting and directing, using story boards, makeup FX, films and editing and related topics. They will be involved in creating public service announcements that will play on the big screen and on social media.
Workshops will be held on February 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. They will take place at the Lotus Media building, which includes The News Review, at 345 Northeast Winchester Street near downtown Roseburg. The filming day will be February 28th.
