Roseburg Police cited a man following a two-vehicle crash on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said just before 3:40 p.m. officers responded to the non-injury wreck in the 200 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. A pickup was stopped in the median lane facing westbound, attempting to turn left. The driver of a second vehicle was stopped directly in front of the first vehicle, facing eastbound in the median lane, attempting to turn left.

The first driver then made the turn and his vehicle collided with the front bumper of the second vehicle. The driver who caused the accident, an 81-year-old man was cited for making an unlawful or un-signaled turn. His pickup was towed from the scene.
