Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Tuesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 12:30 p.m. a 36-year-old was contacted near the intersection of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard and Northwest Renann Street. He was covered in a small blanket in a small camp set up in the brush at the corner of the intersection. The man claimed the camp was not his and that he was just watching it for a friend.\

He was released after the citation was issued.
