Roseburg Police jailed a man for violation of a no contact order on Thursday afternoon.

An RPD report said just before 5:00 p.m. the 33-year-old was contacted at a motel in the 3100 block of Northwest Aviation Drive. A protected person said the man had been a guest in her room but was refusing to leave. Dispatch confirmed two active no contact orders from the Reedsport Police Department and the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.

Both parties were contacted and admitted to the contact. The man was taken into custody and detained without bail.
