Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 7:45 a.m. the 32-year-old was contacted in Fir Grove Park, in the 1300 block of West Harvard Avenue. The park is in a restricted area, where camping is already prohibited. The man was released after the citation was issued.
